The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. There are several cafés and many restaurants in the surrounding area. The staff of the hotel was very attentive and extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We made a change to our reservation, and our modification requests were accommodated without any issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a modern style. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. Overall, the service and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The wifi is pretty good, and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. I found the street to be peaceful, but you're only a short 5 min walk from a main part of town. The beds are very comfortable, and the restaurant has a wide selection of food, with the dishes I tried being tasty. The hotel is great value for money!

Very nice hotel in a good location of Bishkek, very close to restaurants and bars, we had a double room booked, however when we checked in the girl on reception advised we had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, this was a fantastic surprise and very much appreciated, the suite was very spacious, bathroom had a nice big walk in style shower and a separate bath, we ate twice at the hotel restaurant because we were tired from been out of the city on tours, both meals were very nice

Nice rooms, all comfort. The breakfast very good. Very nice rooftop restaurant. The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia. Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality.

Big rooms with very comfortable beds. Everything was there which is needed, e.g. Hair dryer or water. Bathroom is of good size and clean. Room service is fast. AC is doing its job. Breakfast is good.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. I love the TimesBar which is on the hotel rooftop and has a great view of Bishkek.

A very good hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast good, enjoyable porridge which seems to be available in many breakfasts during our Central Asia trip. There is also a nice outdoor seating area with a good view where you can have your breakfast. A nice start to the day.

- great staff and service, very responsive on the requests - wonderful breakfasts on the roof top terrace - great location in the centre but on calm and silent lane - everything clean, modern and nice interior we were very pleased that manager woke up as at night because we asked him to prepare the takeaway food boxes for departure. we actually missed the alarms and we going to oversleep the flight but manager noticed that we hadn’t come and called us. Big thanks!

Very clean , helpful and super friendly staff, good location (very quiet at night). What I love most - very comfortable bed, it’s extremely important for me and it’s 10 out of 10. One very small advise for the management - check the pancakes and croutons at the breakfast, I guess they should look like more attractive as in the pictures. At least at 50-60% :) But I am in love with your place - will come back for sure.

Variety of food for breakfast which changes a bit each day and a very good choice of a-la-carte food. The staff is super nice and everyone speaks English. Free and good WiFi. The room was big and cozy, had a minibar with reasonable prices.
